I’m not normally the biggest fan of wheat/witbiers/hefeweizens, but the word on the interwebz was this was a good beer. And when has the internet been wrong? Not this time.

Like many of you out there I am a beer hunter. One who actively seeks out those beers that have been deemed “the best in the world”. Here recently I’ve been able to get my hands on some of these esteemed brews and they have lived up to the hype. This is one of them.
I had been wanting to try some of the many colorful ales from Three Floyds for quite awhile now, but being on the West Coast they aren’t readily available out here. The last time I went back to the Midwest I stopped into an Indiana liquor store and found several different bottles of Three Floyds’ brew on the shelves. The bad ass wolf on the label grabbed my attention and the fact that it was an Imperial IPA sealed the deal, I must buy this beer. I’m quite glad I did.
ARCTIC PANZER WOLF is Double/Imperial IPA with 100 IBUs and a hearty 9.5% ABV. This beer is available year-round.
