Day 2 of October’s THEME WEEK brings us a beer that is new to California: ESPRESSO OAK AGED YETI from Great Divide Brewing.
Espresso Oak Aged Yeti is a variation of the classic Yeti. This imperial stout is only available between February-March and clocks in at 9.5% ABV.

The first beer on the menu: CAPPUCCINO STOUT from Lagunitas Brewing Company. This American double/imperial stout is the Petaluma-based brewery’s December seasonal. This ale is made with Sebastopol’s Hardcore Coffee and clocks in with an impressive 9.2% ABV.

On Thursday the 7th I met up with my friend Nick and we headed down to the Redondo Beach pier to enjoy the festivities.
