The beer is copper colored with a thick white head.  Very IPAish.  Carbonation is extremely light, but with heavy lacing.

Smells like pine.  Once again, very IPAish.

Taste is piney with a fruity after taste (they claim grapefruit).   Almost an oakey taste appears at the end.  Where’s the rye?

Mouthfeel is medium and slightly sticky.  A warmth follows and tickles all the way down.

Overall: 6 out of 10

As an IPA: 6 out of 10
